Southern Minnesota Area Human Resource Association is a 2011 SHRM Pinnacle Award finalist for their "Your Face Here" program

The Pinnacle Awards, sponsored by ADP, recognize outstanding achievements in chapter/state council development and contributions to the advancement of effective human resource management. An external judging committee is examining the applications of the nominees . Winners will be announced at the SHRM Leadership Conference Awards Dinner in November. Winning entries receive $1,000 and a diamond and gold Pinnacle lapel pin.
